The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Chinese History and Culture, Tsinghua University, and the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau jointly held a training course for teachers of Chinese history and culture. The course aimed to enhance the teaching capability of teachers from primary and secondary schools in Macao. The training course attracted 29 students from various schools. They were taught by faculty members of UM, as well as professors from Tsinghua University and universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. During the course, the students participated in a field trip to Beijing to learn more about the city’s history.
